Mr. Traveler

Liam was quite the traveler this past week.  We flew down and up the state of California... twice!  We started off last Friday with a quick, weekend trip to Los Angeles to visit with Liam's aunt and godmother, Katie; my girlfriends from college (and their kiddos) and to watch dad race around the Fontana speedway in REALLY fast cars.

We then popped home for a day, unpacked, did laundry and repacked for a week in Santa Barbara for a work function.  Grammy Kratz came along and we had a fantasmic time.  While I was in meetings, Grammy and Liam played on the beach, took trail walks and did a LOT of bouncing in front of the mirror.  When I was out of meetings, I snuggle-cuddled with my babe, showed him off to adoring co-workers and enjoyed the beauty of my surroundings.  (Debbie and I also managed to squeeze in massages too!)

It was a whirlwind week, and we are paying for it now with a sick kiddo :(, but it was fun while it lasted.
