Happy Third, Liam!

Happy Birthday, Liam.  Three Years Old!
On your birthday, you had quite a few things you wanted to check off your list {Mommy put the nap on there}:

And we did them all!
You started off your morning with a surprise {see photo below}.  The intent was for you to bust through like a superhero; however, you were more than a little disoriented, and just asked me to take them off so you could go down for breakfast:)

Your first item on your "Birthday Bucket List" was a pancake breakfast.  After you gobbled that down, we went on a Mommy-Liam date.  We had a really great time spending oodles of coins at the arcade at Sunsplash (you won a TON of tickets on this ball game), to testing out the drums and guitars at Guitar Center, and then lunch with Dad.  All throughout our date, I kept thinking how grown up you were acting.  It was like you were a boy, not a toddler....and you had grown up overnight.

We ended our day on the lake with the Kratz fam bam.  You were a stud on the board and the tube {see picture below}. You are going to make me soooooooo nervous with your "no fear" attitude someday soon.

Thank you for giving your daddy and I the most fun, joyful, sweet yet crazy years of our lives!

2 Years

Liam,
The last two years have been the best of our lives.  You have filled each day with more love, more happiness, more laughter, and more messes than expected.  Keep making us proud to be your parents and we hope that we will keep making you proud that you are our son.

Oh, what a difference a year makes.

A year ago, I blogged that you were just barely walking.  At two, you run like a lightning bolt, often out of our sight in a flash.

A year ago, I blogged that you were using sign language to communicate.  At two, you are telling us what you want, where you want to go, and how to do things, ALL DAY LONG.

A year ago, you had just learned how to throw, catch, and kick a ball.  At two--oh, wait--at two, you are STILL doing that!  Now you can make baskets from "far away" as you say, hit a ball with a bat, and kick a goal.  I'm not sure that your love for balls will ever change:)

At two, you have a great imagination.  Your latest thing has been to pretend like you are a dog--fetching, barking, getting puppy treats, etc.  You even named yourself..."Pup."  When we say: "Hi, Monkey" or "come here, Monk" (one of our nicknames for you), you correct us: "Me not Monkey, Me Pup!" You like dressing up in your Tigger costume.  And the last day, since you got your new play BBQ, you have been pretending to grill us breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

At two, you have a love for music.  You can't stay still when you hear it--your booty shakes, your hands go up in the air and you start dancing.  You wake up wanting to play rock-band with daddy.   You don't want to drive unless Pandora is cranking the "Yo Gabba Station."  And my favorite....every weekend at church, we get you checked into your classroom and before we drop you off, we take you into service with us.  You wait (fairly) patiently for the "jin-jins" (guitars) to come out and you worship God with us for about 20 minutes.  It is so sweet to watch your face, and know that the words of each song are sinking into your heart.  I pray that you will sing those words from your heart and it will impact your faith someday soon.

Your sweet spirit and snuggliness that you had SO MUCH of at age one is still there; albeit at a lesser level.  It has to compete now with your adventuresome spirit.  But I like the mix...I think it is the perfect mix for a little boy growing up these days.

Here are some pictures from your birthday morning.  You woke up to balloons covering your floor.  You blew out candles on your birthday oatmeal.  And you opened presents and cards from people who couldn't come to your party.  Your Papa Soran wrote you a very nice letter explaining why he couldn't attend--it involved a rocket ship, so you have re-read it multiple times:).  It was a fun morning and a fun day to celebrate you--to celebrate TWO!  We love our two year old.

23 Months

You are mere weeks from turning two.  We've gotten so close to the big day that I have stopped correcting you when you answer the question: "How old are you?" with an emphatic "2!."  I think that you are fairly excited about it. You are practicing candle blowing, singing Happy Birthday, and I am pretty sure that you are going to be all over the presents idea for the first time.

Your baby room is now devoted to sissy and whenever I start to reminisce about how I wish you were still a baby, you reply: "all grown up."  Yes, you are.  And yes, it makes me more than a little teary-eyed.

This last month has been a joy--I am learning how to cherish each stage longer and deeper and fuller than the last.  You melt my heart with love and then puff it up with pride with every smile you smile, sentence you say, and kiss you give.

Love you!

22 Months

Time has been flying.  So fast, that I totally forgot to take your 21 month picture (we will be ending these monthly posts once you hit two--too much to keep up with), and haven't posted about any of your adventures in the last two months! Trust me, you have had a lot!  Adventure example #1: See below picture for close up of stitches on your chin.  Here you are at 22 months, just two more short months until you are the big T-W-O!

At 22 months you are quite the conversationalist, putting together full sentences, telling us where to go and what to do (you are very bossy) and parroting everything we say (we better watch what comes out of our mouths).

We just recently put you in your "big boy room" and "big boy bed"-- so far, you are transitioning well. It helps that you get to fall asleep in sheets adorned with your favorite things--balls and hoops!  If you could play with a ball all day long, you would.  Any time you see a hoop, even from a far distance, you want to dunk.  You like facetiming with Uncle Joel just to see the hoop at his house.  You know the differences between every sport and will start "Teeny-Weeny" Soccer in July!

You still love tools.  We had our backspash installed a couple weeks ago and you are STILL talking daily about the "worker-men" and their loud tools.  You like helping daddy with projects; although your "tap-tapping" the furniture is getting a little destructive.

You are a runner, a swimmer, a tool lover, and a VERY active boy.  And yet, you still are the best smoocher and squeezer (hugger) around.  You felt your sister move yesterday, and I think it is so sweet that you keep telling me "baby move" and touching my belly and kissing it.   I love that you have a very rough and tumble side, as well as a softer, gentler side.  I pray that you will keep both as you grow, and be sensitive to the man that God is shaping you into.

I love you Mr. Liam.

20 Months!

Stop growing up!  You are getting WAY to close to age two for my comfort!

As much as I am sad to see you lose your "baby" ways though, I love watching you grow into a little boy.  You are still sweet as ever, freely giving out hugs and kisses all day long--but your new favorite word is "NO!".  You say it perfectly, with conviction, about almost everything.  You are determined to do what you want and communicate it strongly:)  You prefer to say just the first syllable of every word, which makes it difficult for some to understand you, but we know what you are saying most of the time. You are passionate about life and I love that about you.  You wake up happy to start the day and keep us  smiling all day long.

Your favorite things now:
Time of Day: Waiting outside on the driveway until Daddy comes home from work
Activity:  Playing "vroom-vroom" -- pretending to drive our cars, roll down windows, and play with the radio
Friend: Peyton
Outfit: Your pajamas.  Sometimes you put up a BIG fight when we have to take them off.
Food: Raisins
Toy: Any ball or grow capsules
Place: Your Rocker - with a book in your hand and a binky in your mouth:)
Book: Anything Curious George
Funny thing you do/say: beat boxing, dancing, or saying that you "have a baby in your tum-tum" when it looks big:)

You continue to make me happier and prouder every day.

Love you!

19 months--Way behind.

You were 19 months three weeks ago, but yet again, time with you preempts blogging about you.

You keep getting funnier, more talkative, more creative (you can draw circles perfectly), and more busy every day.  It's a workout keeping up with you but we love watching you explore.

Your favorite thing to do is "boo" people--you get such a kick out of "surprising" them.  Your favorite show is still Yo Gabba--sometimes it's tough to say no to you when you want to watch it all the time:)  You still love reading, which helps make up for the fact that you watch more TV then momma would like (I said no TV AT ALL until you were two....so much for that).

You love your "Gam-Gam" and "Mimi" and "Papa" and "Da" and talk about them and your aunts and uncles every day.

We love you, buddy!

18 Months

Buddy,
You are 18 months.  A year and a half.  Half a year until you are two.  Phew!  Time is going by way too quickly!

You continue to grow into your huge personality.  From the time you were just crawling around, I pegged you for future "class clown."  My prediction remains...you are CONSTANTLY joking around and making people laugh at your antics.  We love our little comedian.  And you love your knock-knock jokes:)

You are still speaking mostly Chinese inspired jibberish, but now you are often heard saying: "Nick" (Nicole), "Mimi," "Grapes," "Tap Tap" (hammer), "Tick Tock" (every clock or watch you see), "uh-oh" and "boo-boo," "book," "Brooke," and now you like to call Dad "my dadda."

You know all the parts of your body, you know all about nature and animals, and most recently--you have learned what a "time-out" is :(  You are still infatuated with anything with a motor--car, train, airplane or truck.  The garbage truck has been coming before your morning nap, and you get really excited to watch it dump (and you say "dump, dump, dump!")

18 months...let's freeze time now.

17 months

This is the last month that you will be closer in age to one year than to two years, and that is insane.  I cannot believe how quickly time passes, however cliche that may be.

At 17 months here are your favorite things and some highlights:
Song: "Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes" or "Farmer in the Dell"
Book: "How I Became a Pirate" or as you say: "pah"
TV Show: Yo Gabba Gabba, the "Love" episode
Food: Sweet Potato Fries and Grapes
Activity: Piggy Back/Horsey rides
Toy: Your tools--we keep finding you "fixing" things like your cars, trucks, the bunk beds.  You even know how to use a stud finder on the wall.  What a smart cookie.
Place: Outside. End of story.
Playmate: Cousin "Pey-Pey"
Phrase: "Ho Ho Ho" (seasonal favorite), "Park" and "May" for "May I please?" (mama is proud of that one)
Person in the nativity: the angel (sorry, baby Jesus)
Funniest things you do:
- Your "where is it" look, hand movements and head shake.
- Your "pretend sleeping" and "cheesy smiles" (cheesy smile shown in first picture above)

You are still sleeping all night plus two naps a day, and that makes everyone happy.  Because, when you are not sleeping, you are not still.  You are constantly moving, kinetic energy, no resting whatsoever!

You are a pretty good sharer, but can be extremely territorial about certain things--your highchair, your mama's and grammy's arms, and your food.

Love you, buddy!

16 months

It is November 11, 2011 and you are sixteen months old today.  Some people think that today (11.11.11) will be a day of good luck.  I don't believe in luck. I believe that God's hand is in every good thing.  I believe that he has given us favor.  I believe that he has set a path for you and our family.  I believe that today and everyday, I am BLESSED.

At sixteen months, you are talking more, laughing more, loving more and growing strong.  You love the "par"--park; "buh buh" --boo boo bear; and "dubba duh" --Yo Gabba.  You like showers more than baths and when you take a bath, you want the water running the whole time.  You like playing peek a boo....behind doors, curtains and clothes racks at the mall.  You wave hello and say and wave goodbye to EVERYONE.

Your latest fave is the library.  It is like a mecca of fun for you--the books, the plastic shopping cart you wheel around to gather your loot, the kitchen and train set.  And I didn't even mention the park adjacent to the library--your favorite park of all.  And when we get the books home, you sift through them forever.  You flip the pages back and forth, look at the pictures, open and close the book and then move on to the next one.  Your love of books makes me very happy as I too, used to look forward to going to the library.  I went with a list in hand of the books I couldn't wait to check out.  My mom brought a plastic laundry basket to carry them home in.  I hid a flashlight under my pillow so I could read Nancy Drew, Sweet Valley High or The Wizard of Oz past my bed time.  A new book was an invitation to an exciting world.  It fueled my imagination.  It made me want to learn more.  I hope your love for books remains for many years.

I love you, Liam and I have loved the last sixteen months.  I can't imagine it gets better, but I'm sure it will:)

15 months

On October 11, you turned 15 months and I took your monthly picture.  I forgot; however, to post it.
So here you are at 15 months:)

14 months

Oops, I skipped 13 months.  But here is a much delayed post about my MOST adorable 14 month old.

Sometimes it seems silly that I am still doing these monthly posts, but each month is full of new tricks, new personality and more fun.

At 14 months, you are saying a lot of the same words and some new.  FINALLY, you are saying "mamama," which makes me very happy.  You know "hot" and "brrrr;" "balloon" and "bubbles" are clearer than they were even a couple weeks ago.  And your favorite object is still your favorite word--"ball."

You are a star dancer, you don't let music play without bouncing to the beat.  You've foregone walking for running. You giggle and laugh and do this squinty thing with your eyes and a big smile, when you think something is funny. You eat more than I do (seriously) and still are in the 14th percentile, which is a far cry from the days that you were in the 98th percentile.

You are friendly to everyone and not scared of much, except for the vacuum cleaner and the lawn mower. You have the cutest way of asking "where is it?" or "where did they go?" (picture below:)

Your kisses have progressed from raspberries and blowing them to full on open mouth.  You hug people goodbye and (finally) wave properly.  You still drool. A. LOT.  But I refuse to put a bib on you all day.  And you refuse to wear them when I do.

Every time you see a plane, you move your arms in the same motion of the aircraft and say "vroom."  You also have your own sign language for fish--your favorite animals.

This month, you travelled to Monterey twice and San Diego.  We tried adding up all your flights--and think you have had 12 roundtrips since your birth.  You are well travelled and a happy traveller.

You have adopted a bit of a clumsy streak--your big toenail has fallen off, you constantly have boo-boos, including the latest blood blister on your ear from a trip into a large bolt sticking out of a headboard.  But each time you fall, you quickly pick yourself up and "brush it off."  Your tears are much more apt to fall when you want to be held or don't get your way.

ONE YEAR OLD!
What an amazing year this has been.  In one year, you have changed our life in so many ways... ALL for the better.  There is not one thing that I would change.  You, our life, our little family is COMPLETELY PERFECT with you in it.  From the day you were born you have brought me joy, fulfillment and a desire to be the best mom to you.  Everyday that I wake up and hear your little chatter (or see your bum sticking straight in the air if you are still snoozing) that joy, fulfillment and desire is renewed.

You are still as sweet spirited as you were when you were born.  Your sweet infant coos have been replaced with loud, confident words--most of which we can't interpret (but that doesn't deter you).  We do understand dada (most used phrase), mama (rarely used), and ball (used to interchangeably represent anything shaped as a sphere--ball, peach, moon, balloon, etc).  You love climbing--up things, thru tunnels and over people laying on the ground:)  You smile often; big, toothy and currently drooly.  You toot a lot.  You eat well (a 1/2 a chicken breast for dinner tonight!) and drink like you've been stranded in a desert all your life.

You point at everything--inquisitive and wanting to touch and feel things.  You know what you want and communicate it well.  Sign language has helped--"more" and "please" signs are almost constant.  We are now trying to instill some gratitude by teaching you thank you:)

Here are some of the things (tricks) that you are currently doing:

  • Sign Language - More, Please, Food
  • Blowing kisses and giving hugs
  • Walking a little (we are up to an 8 step record)
  • Giggling when your toes are tickled
  • Kicking the soccer ball
  • Playing peek a boo with your self (often with your blanket in the crib)
  • Unlocking the iphone and turning on music (you've been doing this for a while)
  • Throwing and catching the ball
  • Smiling ALL the time
What a crazy fast year this has been.  Such a change from the little eight pound bundle that we brought home a year ago.  It struck me today:  I only get four more of these before you start school, about 12 more before you start liking other girls (and I'm no longer the most important woman!) and 17 more of these before you leave to go to college.  I'm cherishing every day because it all goes by like a flash.

You have become the center of my life, the center of my conversation, the center of my thoughts and the center of my prayers.  I understand so much deeper the love that my Father God has for me.  If I care for you this much...how much more does God care for me and for you.  I can't even grasp how deep his love for you must be, but everyday I pray that you will experience his love as you grow strong in his strength, experience his grace and live the great adventure that he has ordained for you.

I love you very much my little Liam.  Happy Birthday!

11 months

One more month and you will be ONE YEAR OLD.  The time has flown by like a rocket and at least a gazillion times a day I think: "I wish I could freeze this moment."  Everyday, normal, moments are the ones I am afraid I will forget: Moments like--you playing in the dirt and learning how to shovel with your spade.  Moments like--you tucking your arms underneath your body and nuzzling my shoulder while I am holding you.  Moments like--you standing on your own for a couple seconds and then tumbling as you realize what you were doing.  Moments like--when you tap me on my shoulder and try to get my attention.  Moments like--you playing in the sprinkers and lapping up the spray of the water as if it were a fountain.

You are the best 11 month old I know!  I helped out in your Sunday School class today and compared you to the other little munchkins.  You were the cutest, happiest, most active and most sweet kid in the room.  I was so proud that you were mine.

Here's to your last month as baby, baby.  I pray that it is filled with many more everyday moments that I will capture in my heart.  Love you, Bugaboo.

10 months

Liam,
You are 10 months!  Your monthly photos are getting more difficult to capture (see above). You want to climb off the chair, crumple the paper or throw Mr. Fox.  Bottom line--you have a mind of your own!  You are definitely developing a budding personality.  You have a most infectious smile (see below) but have discovered that whine can be useful when it benefits your case (usually asking for more food!).

Here are some of the highlights from month 10:
  • You are mobile and FAST.
  • Your knees are constantly scratched from crawling all over.  Your favorite locale being the concrete in the backyard.
  • You climb the stairs like nobody's business.
  • You toot like a grown man.
  • You haven't mastered the sippy cup.
  • You still love books.
  • You open up EVERY cabinet in the kitchen, but your favorite things to get out are the cupcake liners and sprinkles.
  • You love playing hide and seek,  being swung upside down, chased or tickled.
  • You have a renewed love for the swaddle and your pacifier.
  • You like "helping" dad with projects.  You are very interested in watching him do things and want to be involved in every step.
  • You are growing a mullet.
  • Your favorite word is "mama" (which melts my heart).
  • You have started to cry when I leave (which breaks my heart).
  • You've just begun eating grown up food--tonight was asparagus, potatoes and filet mignon (which you LOVED!)  The jury is still out on whether your pee will smell like the asparagus:)
  • You are rarely interested in watching TV, but can sniff out a cell phone or Ipad like a bloodhound.  Twice now, you have actually turned on the Ipod music by yourself.
  • And music never plays without you dancing...

Happy ten month birthday, sweet William!

9 months!

So, for those who come to the blog for pictures, they are right at the front of this post.

For those of you who like to read novels, I have the start of one below.  I don't usually write so much, but my little 9-month old is quite inspiring.  It's more of a letter to him, but you are welcome to read.  But beware, it is a long one.

**Official 9 Month pictures to come once we get our laptop fixed (Uggghh, second Mac down in a year).  For now, a couple IPhone photos to tide you over:

your shy & sneaky smile (with a cereal mustache, no less)

about to pout--get that bottom lip out!

favorite time of the day--bathtime!
clean monkey!

I am a couple days late for the monthly post, but penned my thoughts on a flight a couple days ago:

Happy 9 Month Birthday, William!
I can't believe you are already nine months. You have been in this world as long as you were nestled in my womb. I remember, month by month of my pregnancy, marveling at how you were growing inside of me--wondering who you would be, what you would look like and how you would impact my life.

Now, I see who you are and little glimpses of who you will be. You are becoming our “little man”—laughing with your one syllable “ha!” and taking pride in your accomplishments—crawling all over, pulling yourself up, giving us “raspberries” on our arms and kisses on command.

Sometimes, when I look at you, I am overwhelmed with emotion and awe…that something so perfect, so adorable came from me. Confession time: When I was pregnant, there were times that I would find myself wondering what you would look like. I have seen a couple of awkward babies in my time, and I didn’t assume that my child would automatically be a supermodel. But I had nothing to fret about. Including your extremely large front teeth (which I think are a most adorable trait) you are picture perfect. I actually had someone ask me recently if I had considered getting you an agent. Another perfect stranger stopped us in the grocery store and told me that you were so cute and should be a “Gerber Baby.” I am proud of your handsome looks, but honestly a little worried about the prospect of young ladies adoring you in your future. I am not ready to give up my position as the main woman in your life.

You are growing like a weed—taller and thinner every day. You are stretching out, barely gaining any weight in the past couple months-- rather gaining height. Your hair is still fuzzy, seemingly sticking up on end most of the time, the light brown wisps almost see-through in the right light. Your little nose looks an awful lot like mine, but judging by the amount of times you faceplant into the floor or furniture I wonder if it will be permanently swollen from impact.

You have two smiles for two different settings. The first is BIG, your mouth almost making the shape of the letter O, your two large front teeth dominating it. This is your smile for most people, and you give it to me and your dad anytime you see us after we have been away from you for a while. Your second smile is a bashful one. You tilt your head down, peer up with your eyes and curl the ends of your lips into a grin. I haven’t pinpointed why you do this—I think it is mostly for people you aren’t completely comfortable with, but I also think you reserve it for when you are feeling slightly sneaky.

And oh, boy—how have you impacted my life? All for the better. Life seems a blur before you—less important. From the moment I hear you talking on the monitor in the morning, to the moment you are snuggling me in your rocking chair at night, you bring me so much happiness and contentment. I find myself wishing for more time with Liam at the end of the day. I love staring at you while you sleep and watching you learn when you are awake. You still love books. You still love being outside.

You have begun to take interest in watching other children. Last night at the park you were mesmerized by two boys kicking around a soccerball and others zooming by you on scooters. In your stroller, you like to sit on the edge of your seat and pull yourself to standing, wanting to get as close to the action as possible. Sit back and relax? Not in your vocabulary! You are fun, you are curious, you are easy going, you are engaging, you are well behaved.

Last week, you were Mr. Flexible and Mr. Sweetness. I hijacked your ordinarily regimented schedule with a 12 hour, all night, road trip to Seattle to visit your Great Grand-mama Pelton. She is very ill and is in hospice care. I didn’t really expect anything less from you, but you were a complete blessing to an otherwise difficult couple days.

Each time we walked into her room, you reached out for her and wanted to give her hugs and slobber kisses. Your smile not only brightened her spirits, but also those of family members visiting and coping with the pain of losing her. It went beyond our family, even touching nurses and volunteers at the house. Over the four days we were there I heard multiple times: “He is so adorable and so well behaved.” One nurse made me realize how sweet it was to have you there, saying: “It is so refreshing to see new life in a place like this.” You brought life and joy to a situation that would have been much more painful without you.

The sweetest moment was when you were taking your morning nap. I was holding you as I sat by Grandma’s bed. I showed her your precious sleeping face, and asked her if she wanted to hold you. Too weak to hold you in her arms, I laid you, swaddled, in the bed right next to her, your head cradled in the nook of her arm. You slept there peacefully for over two hours. The last hour, Grandma drifted off with you…both of you sleeping together. It was a priceless moment, captured by camera and the film of my heart. Though uncharacteristic for you—both the long nap, and being held that long, I was not surprised by your ability to adapt to the situation and be an immediate blessing. Those are your definitely part of your budding character.

You have no idea the joy you bring me. I suspect that you won’t for many years to come—maybe not until you experience this with your own son or daughter. But for now, I will write about the joy I have in you so you can read it later and know how much, how deeply I care for you.

Happy nine month birthday.

Love, Mum-Mum

8 months

Liam--you are 8 months! CRAZY.
On one hand it seems like you were born yesterday.  On the other, I feel like you've been a part of our family forever.  Life without you seems so far behind us.

  • You continue to grow like a weed--although, lately you have been gaining height and not weight.
  • You talk A LOT.  But we can only distinguish "mumm-mumm" and "da-da"
  • You refuse to catch on to sign language, because you have mastered the whine to get what you want.
  • You still eat like a champ, but you burn off all the calories with your crawling.
  • You love your fire engine, your dump truck and pet puppy "Scout." You are not interested in much else unless it is a piece of paper, a cell phone, computer or cord.
  • You have four teeth!
  • You wave to strangers and smile at them.
  • You got a shot this month and smiled the whole time:)
  • You don't like to sit still, but your most cuddly time is right before and after your naps.
  • You like peek-a-boo, "Itsy Bitsy Spider" and singing with Scout (your stuffed puppy).
  • And as you can see below, you are pulling yourself to standing!
You are a big boy, a happy boy, a healthy boy and a delight in our lives.  Love you bubbs!

7 {months} is heaven!

Little man, you are seven months old, and we are in heaven!  You would barely sit still for your picture this month and you refused to hold your "7 months" paper up.

Here are some of the things you are doing these days:

  • you are babbling and saying "mama"
  • you love blowing bubbles
  • you have two teeth, and two on the way
  • you got your first cold :( .... and then shared it with mom and dad
  • you rarely fuss and smile a lot
  • you love playing peek-a-boo--especially with dad
  • we love getting slobbery kisses from you
  • you love grabbing anything that you shouldn't have--phones, remotes, plastic bags, sunglasses, keys--basically anything that is off limits
  • no official crawling, but you are scooting about
You are fun, cute, sweet and making us so proud of you!

6 months

Liam,
It is 1.11.11 and you are halfway to one!

Today you are six months and I hate to be so cliche, but....TIME FLIES BY WAAAAAAAAAY TOO FAST!!!  I keep asking you to stop growing up, and you keep disobeying me.

Here you are at six months in your standard pose:  eyes bright, mouth open and drool rolling down your chin.

In the last month, you experienced Christmas (yes, I still need to blog about that):

Okay...this one is better:)

You decided you liked boxes more than the content of the boxes:

You ate your first food--avocado:

You smile and giggle all day long:

And you make us happier than we ever thought we would be:
