walking, running, moving everywhere the day before your accident...
to this:
and a couple days later, to this:
You climbed out of your crib during nap, broke your tibia bone (right under your knee) and are in week two of your cast. Aside from that last picture, you have been a pretty happy boy. The good news of a cast means you get held more, you have started watching TV and you even match Dad when he comes home from hunting (see below). The bad news is that you don't get to crawl in the mud, you can't run around and you can't take a bath--one of your favorite things.
You haven't let it hold you down or hold you back. In one day after the accident, you were crawling and in three days you had mastered the peg-leg walk. You still are trying to jump off the couch and crawl in the mud. In two more weeks, you will get it off and be back to the crazy monkey you have always been--We'll just be sure to handcuff you to your crib. (Just kidding, CPS)
that is so sad!!! poor little monkey! hopefully he won't be doing that again. hope these next two weeks go by quickly for all of you..
