Cabin Fever

Last weekend, the Kratz clan escaped the city for a quiet cabin weekend.  We sledded, snowball fought, celebrated lots of birthdays, played games, and enjoyed family time.  Liam, you LOVED the snow.  You fought with daddy in the trenches and threw snowballs at your cousins.  You were the cutest eskimo around!

Power Tools!

You are quite the builder.  You built your workbench with Daddy.  You built a race car and you know how to use the drill to tighten it's wheels.  You know the difference between a nut and a bolt, which your  dad finds much pride in.

I like that; already, you like building things with your own two hands.  You don't often sit still--but when you have your "tap-tap" and some nails, or your screwdriver or drill, you are focused on the project ahead.  You are starting to remind me more and more of your daddy!

19 months--Way behind.

You were 19 months three weeks ago, but yet again, time with you preempts blogging about you.

You keep getting funnier, more talkative, more creative (you can draw circles perfectly), and more busy every day.  It's a workout keeping up with you but we love watching you explore.

Your favorite thing to do is "boo" people--you get such a kick out of "surprising" them.  Your favorite show is still Yo Gabba--sometimes it's tough to say no to you when you want to watch it all the time:)  You still love reading, which helps make up for the fact that you watch more TV then momma would like (I said no TV AT ALL until you were two....so much for that).

You love your "Gam-Gam" and "Mimi" and "Papa" and "Da" and talk about them and your aunts and uncles every day.
